My People Perish From Lack of Knowledge: The War is Coming From Within

This week, we shall give some consideration to what is happening in our country under President Trump. There is no area of operation where he has not made significant changes. The President has managed to add to or detract from practically everything. He has managed to cut off or cut out essential parts of the country’s and the government’s operations.

The one thing I can say about President Trump is that he seems to enjoy cutting people out of their livelihoods and careers. And, if all of the hiring and firings were not enough, then come the blatant attacks on American democracy. That same democracy that allows Americans to feel safe complaining about our governmental leaders. Mr. Trump has managed to do something no other President has. He has managed to get a conservative cabinet, filled with political hacks and minions, who will go to any lengths to please the President. Trump has managed to take away freedom of speech and a whole host of other liberties that we always thought were automatic. Trump has weaponized the Justice Department with the help of minions like Pam Bondi and others; he has been able to distort who the criminals are. The former FBI director has become a target in a criminal case.

Isn’t it ironic that people who have done nothing wrong or illegal find themselves fighting against Trump’s Justice Department? I call that ironic, because Trump, who is a convicted felon, has not spent a moment in prison. Instead, he has been elevated to the highest office in the land. The sad thing is that he and his republican supporters are trying to undermine all of the accomplishments made by Black people throughout the years. The mysterious thing about all of this is that a man who should have been imprisoned managed to manipulate himself into the Presidency of the United States of America. Now, that is the kind of manipulation that he alone could not have pulled off.

Maybe the people of this country are still being manipulated by someone, some group, or organization that has something to gain by having democracy fail, and by trying to diminish or wipe away the existence of Black people. Trump is trying to get rid of anything that talks about or celebrates the existence of Blacks and other people of color. Not only have Black Americans become the targets of Trump’s Animus, but all Americans have got to adjust to the type of justice that the conservative-dominated Supreme Court is handing down. It appears that the overwhelming consensus is leaning toward a scheme set up by some republicans, whose aim is to marginalize Black people in America. Because one racist could not do all of the things that the President has going on.

Breaking news, it has been reported that President Trump might have known what he was talking about when he alleged that the 2024 election was rigged. Several military analysts are alleging that the data shows Trump lost the election. If these analysts are to be believed, I was correct when I said there is no way one person could have pulled this off. This is a carefully planned effort being carried out by multiple people. I am reminded of a story I once read in the Bible in which the people God was bringing out of Egypt wanted to give in and turn back, but God told them they must fight the good fight of faith. He told them they must stand firm and enter the Promised Land.

We say to every American, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. We know this fight appears to be dripping with carnality. Still, I assure you that our fight is not totally against flesh and blood, but against powers and principalities, and the rulers of spiritual wickedness in high places. Part of the battle will be fought in the people’s minds. It may seem as if we don’t have much to fight back with, but be it known to all men that little is much when God is in it. The main thing for Black people to remember is that there has never been a time when Blacks have had a fair shake or been treated equally. But we have been promised that what is on the bottom will rise to the top, and what is on the top will go to the bottom. So we are encouraging you all to be of good courage.
